Martina Schulhof was born in Berlin in 1925 to Austrian parents, she died in 2013.
In 2008 Hearing Eye published her pamphlet, Ferryboats, and in 2012 Panther and Gazelle, her lucid translations of the German poet Paula Ludwig.
